Dean's Dinner
Register by Tuesday, May 9

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, Grand Ballrooms 4-7 (all locations)

  • 5:30 p.m. Cocktails
  • 6:30 p.m. Dinner

All attendees must register in advance for the Dean's Dinner. Tickets are $65 per person. Graduating M.D. students are hosted.

Friday, May 19

Academic Hooding Ceremony

All faculty participating in processional, please register in advance. Regalia required – please email genilan@unr.edu to rent regalia or call (775) 682-9605.

Lawlor Events Center, Reno

  • 9 a.m. Class Photo and Student Rehearsal
  • 11:30 a.m. Hooders Rehearsal
  • 12:30 p.m. Processional Line-up
    (platform party, hooders, students and faculty)
  • 1 p.m. Ceremony

Registration is not required for non-faculty members.

To ensure we have ample processional seating we request that all faculty register in advance https://med17hooding.eventbrite.com.

In case of rain, please review the inclement weather procedures.
