Richard Baynosa, M.D., specializes in complex reconstructive microsurgery and aesthetic surgery.

He is the only fellowship-trained plastic surgeon in Las Vegas offering microsurgical breast reconstruction with the patient's own abdominal tissue using the DIEP flap.

He also performs complex abdominal wall reconstruction for recurrent ventral hernias and difficult limb salvage procedures for diabetic foot ulcers and traumatic defects.

He is one of the few plastic surgeons in the country providing minimally invasive complex robotic flap surgery using the DaVinci robot.
