The Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE), once submitted to residency programs, becomes a permanent part of the medical student academic record. This letter is required for fellowship applications and re-applicants going back through the Match. This record will be resubmitted in its entirety, for graduates who require this to be re-submitted. Please note as a permanent part of a student's academic record, the MSPE will not be updated or changed to reflect additional specialty choices or activities/accomplishments during residency.
