Sanford Center for Aging
Project ECHO Nevada, in partnership with the Sanford Center for Aging, invites you to its upcoming 7-session series. This program aims to enhance your ability to care for your older patients by providing up-to-date screening tools, assessments, best practices and resources for you, your patients, and caregivers. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to review cases with an interdisciplinary team of experts.
