This FREE program is held quarterly. Past topics have included food insecurity in elders, self-care for care professionals, and end-of-life care planning.

The series is designed for healthcare professionals, faculty and students. It provides continuing education credit.

ZOOM Video Conferencing, provided through a partnership with University of Nevada Extension, will allow providers to participate on their desk or laptops from the comfort of their home or office. Instructions for computer/laptop participation will be sent via email after registration is processed.

CEU Credit Information: This program has been submitted to the Nevada State Board of Examiners for Social Workers for 1.5 general and 1.5 ethics continuing education units (CEUs); and approved by the Board of Examiners of Long-Term Care Administrators and Marriage & Family Therapists. The UNR Med's Sanford Center for Aging approves this program for 3.0 hours of nursing CEUs.
