Wellness programs for 2020

It's our main goal to enhance the quality of life and well-being among elders in Nevada, which is why we are passionate about creating effective programming to promote health and prevent disease. The Sanford Center for Aging offers a variety of evidence-based classes that are designed to support your path to health and wellness. All workshops are either free of charge, or require a small payment. Scholarships are available.
