What is Tai Ji Quan?

Tai Ji Quan is an evidence-based fall prevention program. The class is a group instruction of eight Yang-style Tai Chi forms. The Tai Ji Quan forms have been modified to improve balance and strength among older adults, and is led by a certified instructor. 

Benefits of Tai Ji Quan include:

  • Ieduced risk of falls

Dates: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, Jan. 20 to May 8, from 9 to 10 a.m.
