What is Tai Ji Quan?

Tai Ji Quan is an evidence-based fall prevention program consisting of a six-month class. The class is a group instruction of eight Yang-style Tai Chi forms. The Tai Ji Quan forms have been modified to improve balance and strength among older adults, and is led by a certified instructor.

  • reduced risk of falls

This program will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays, starting on March 11 to August 26, 2019. Classes will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, 200 Island Ave, Reno
