On January 29th, UNR Med launched its largest systematic effort to assess and analyze the organizational culture and engagement across our stakeholder groups. Thanks to the participation of almost 400 responses from faculty, staff, students, residents, and fellows, we will be able to create specific action items to strengthen our culture across UNR Med.

The survey assesses whether UNR Med is optimizing support for employees and learners in a way that helps the school serve its mission and vision. The assessment measures the level of consistency of reports across the school of medicine on the four primary factors of the Denison model.

These Data Dialogues will help us determine what our results mean to us. The Data Dialogues aim to identify strengths and weaknesses and propose actionable goals and objectives to focus on over the next 12 - 18 months.

This dialogue also occurs on April 10, 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Those who want to attend will need to choose one of the dates on the registration link.
