Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing by the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine, Office of Continuing Medical Education and Professional Development by April 29, 2019 will receive a full refund less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations after April 29, 2019 are non-refundable.
