Annual Faculty Evaluations

Evaluations for 2019

The annual evaluation process is UNR Med's mechanism to identify, build, and sustain faculty successes. The annual process brings faculty members and supervisors together to set goals, engage in professional development dialogue, as well as measure and reward success in the context of UNR Med's and department missions. All faculty members hired on a continuing appointment (not temporary or letter of appointment) are required to complete an annual self-evaluation.

The 2019 cycle will evaluate activities between January 1 - December 31, 2019, and look ahead to plan for the upcoming year, January 1 - December 31, 2020.

Original, completed, and signed department packets must be submitted in provided binders and are due to the Office for Faculty, Debra Glogovac, Pennington Medical Education Building, Lower Level, Suite 029, by Monday, January 27, 2019, by 3:00 p.m.
