The annual evaluation process is UNR Med's mechanism to identify, build, and sustain faculty successes. The annual process brings faculty members and supervisors together to set goals, engage in professional development dialogue, as well as measure and reward success in the context of UNR Med's and department missions. All faculty members hired on a continuing appointment (not temporary or letter of appointment) are required to complete an annual self-evaluation.

The 2018 cycle will evaluate activities between January 1 and December 31, 2018, and look ahead to plan for the upcoming year, January 1 through December 31, 2019.

Original, completed, signed department packets are due to Debra Glogovac in the Office for Faculty, Pennington Medical Education Building, Lower Level, Suite 029, by Friday January 25, 2018, at 3:00 p.m.
