  • 12:30 p.m. BBQ lunch, scoring and prizes

Awards Ceremony

Student Healing Arts Show and Reception

3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Artist Presentation at 4:00 p.m.

No registration required.
Parking is available in the Mill Street Garage. More information about parking can be found here. 

Dean's Dinner 

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, Paradise Ballrooms B-E (all locations)

  • 5:30 p.m. No-host Cocktails
  • 6:00 p.m. Dinner

All attendees must register in advance for the Dean's Dinner. Pricing and registration information to come.

Academic Hooding Ceremony 

All faculty participating in processional, please register in advance. Regalia required – please email to rent regalia or call (775) 682-9605.
Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts, Reno

Parking and Directional Map

  • 9 a.m. Class Photo and Student Rehearsal
  • 11:30 a.m. Hooders Rehearsal
  • 12:30 p.m. Processional Line-up
    (platform party, hooders, students and faculty)
  • 1 p.m. Ceremony

Registration is not required for non-faculty members.

To ensure we have ample processional seating we request that all faculty register in advance.
