Synapse, the magazine of the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine, is written and designed by the marketing and communications office.

The purpose of the marketing and communications team at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine is to amplify brand awareness and increase the success of the School of Medicine through strategic planning and use of traditional (print, television, newspaper and magazine) media and new (website, social and digital) media and mutually beneficial community collaborations.
