Letterhead provides your documents with a professional look along with your contact information. There are two ways to create University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine letterhead:

Electronic Letterhead

Electronic letterhead is a great way to ensure that documents sent via email maintain School of Medicine branding. Download a digital version in Word and customize it with your own information by double-clicking within the header. Be sure to update and save the file with your name and title at the top, as formatted, and your department information in the footer.

Stationary

Barker Business Systems is the official contracted printer for University stationery and imprinted office supplies, such as name badges, letterhead, envelopes and business cards.

Order printed stationery (including Renown Health co-branded business cards) from Barker Business Systems using the instructions provided below:

• To begin, register for an account.
• Use your four-digit University mail stop code as your cost center in the online form.
• Orders must include an email address with the @med.unr.edu extension or @unr.edu extension.
