University of Nevada School of Medicine to hold 13th annual
White Coat Ceremony on August 14

WHAT: University of Nevada School of Medicine's 13th Annual White Coat Ceremony
WHEN: Friday, August 14 at 5 p.m.
WHERE: Lawlor Events Center, Silver & Blue Room at the University of Nevada, Reno
WHO: 62 new incoming members of the medical school Class of 2013 will participate in the cloaking ceremony which symbolically welcomes them into the healthcare profession and helps establish a psychological contract for the practice of medicine. The ceremony concludes the students' orientation week and is part of the School of Medicine's Family Day celebration.
