University Health clinical locations on campus are open to patients; Student Outreach Clinics closed

News & Events

The University Health clinical operations serving primary care patients on the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine campus remain open and prepared to continue to serve patients.

The University limited public access to campus to help slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). However, patients are still able to access care at the following clinical operations which are considered an essential health care service and among the limited services available to the public on the University of Nevada, Reno campus. Patients should call the office to receive appropriate guidance about seeking care, especially if they are acutely ill. For patient information and University Health office contacts, visit the University Health website.

The no-cost Student Outreach Clinics are canceled, until further notice. Updates on future Student Outreach Clinics dates and times will be announced and posted to med.unr.edu/soc/clinics.

While there is heightened concern around coronavirus (COVID-19), UNR Med is closely monitoring the situation and implementing enhanced infection prevention strategies, working closely with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state and local health authorities, and other local health care providers.
