Applaud UNR Med Student Academic Achievements – May 18

Please join us in recognizing the academic achievements of our University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine students at the UNR Med 2017 Awards Ceremony, Thursday, May 18 from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at Nightingale Concert Hall. This annual event is a meaningful way to acknowledge our outstanding School of Medicine students and highlight the Class of 2017. The ceremony includes the presentation of the Dean's Scholar Award and the naming of the class-selected Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Award. Kindly RSVP by registering online. Parking is available in the Brian J. Whalen Parking Complex.

Advanced registration is required for the UNR Med 2017 Best Ball Scramble Golf Tournament, the UNR Med 2017 Awards Ceremony, the 2017 Dean's Dinner and the 2017 M.D. Hooding Ceremony. The University of Nevada, Reno has had a donor program but only for Northern Nevada residents, which leaves the Dotson family out. Their daughter also wants to donate her body to science.Joyce King, UNR’s program administrator for anatomical donations, said the statewide donor program ended March 21, 2016.
