AAMC StandPoint Faculty Engagement

About the program

The StandPoint™ Faculty Engagement program (formerly known as the Faculty Forward program) is sponsored by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), and is a data-driven approach to understanding and improving the culture and environment in which we all carry out our critical work of teaching, research and clinical practice. This initiative provides an opportunity for faculty to have a voice in how the School of Medicine can best build a supportive faculty-centered culture that offers the best possible career development opportunities, and promotes healthy morale.
