This course of study provides students an experience beyond the scope of their conventional curriculum and translates personal interests and activities into scholarship. Interprofessional Education encompasses the tenants of patient centered care, leadership, and communication by focusing on IPEC’s four domains of values and ethics, team roles and responsibilities, working on teams and teamwork, and interprofessional communication.
