Hosting at UNR Med
Host funds expended for the purchase of meals, refreshments, and gifts and are subject to the policies and procedures established by the Nevada System of Higher Education and the University of Nevada, Reno.
School of Medicine departments can submit hosting documents via university mail services to mail stop MS0346 or drop them off in person at the reception area on the 2nd floor of the Pennington Medical Education Building.
Hosting documents are reviewed and scanned by Financial Services staff daily to ensure completeness and compliance with established policies and guidelines. Hosting is delivered once weekly to the School of Medicine Dean's Office for final review and signature. Hosting documents must be received by Operations and Financial Services by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesdays to make the weekly cutoff for Dean's signature and approval.
