Patient Care

Aging often presents challenges for both the person growing older and their loved ones. University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine geriatricians work closely with other medical specialists to evaluate and treat older people suffering from a wide range of health concerns including arthritis, dementia, depression, high blood pressure, osteoporosis and shingles. Chronic illnesses are difficult for anyone to manage, but it's even more cumbersome for elderly patients to arrange multiple doctor visits and keep track of medications.
