We learn by doing
The University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine offers unique experiences for our learners. Students have long had high praise for the School of Medicine's educational programs: the easy accessibility of professors, the small class size, the ability to get into the clinic within weeks of arriving, the progressive curriculum that emphasizes body systems and a team-based approach learning atmosphere. Resident trainees flock to the growing residency and fellowship offerings and the opportunity to participate in clinical care with community-based physicians in diverse rural and urban settings across the state.
The Office of Graduate Medical Education oversees residency and fellowship programs.
