This program is designed to help you enhance your feedback skills in busy clinical environments, ensuring a more effective learning experience for our medical students. Aaron Deringer, M.D., will guide you through strategies for delivering effective feedback, even in challenging situations, and provide tools for addressing professionalism concerns. By participating, you will gain practical insights into giving effective feedback, supporting student growth, and improving their readiness for residency placements. This training will help you to create a more supportive and professional learning environment for Nevada's future medical professionals.
