Key Dates and Timeline

Six weeks prior to the start of the rotation

Students will receive an email directing them to Canvas for their course related materials and onboarding requirements. This also includes:

• Contact information of preceptor
• Hospital documentation requirements (student responsibility)
• Housing resources (if available)
• Community information

Two weeks prior to start of the rotation

• Completed Confirmation of Housing form must be submitted in Canvas or to Lea Pope.

Second week of the rotation

• Completed Learning Contract must be submitted in Canvas or to Lea Pope.

Last day of the rotation

• Completed Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC) Report must be submitted in Canvas or emailed to Lea Pope.
• Honors Project (if completed) must be submitted in Canvas or emailed to Lea Pope.
• Evaluations will be sent to students and preceptors.
