Scholarship

A scholarship can be the difference between a dream and a doctor. They can serve as a means to establish a legacy, honor a loved one or mentor, while directly supporting student success. Scholarship support can be established in a number of ways, including endowments or multi-year commitments. There are also several existing scholarship funds to which  gifts of any amount can be made.

Faculty

A named or endowed position in higher education is a primary means of recognizing academic distinction, and enables the university to attract, retain and honor distinguished faculty. This type of position is supported by multi-year pledged annual gifts or with income from an endowed fund established through gifts from private sources.

Research

With a mission to advance medical discovery and innovation, we are a research-intensive medical school. The School of Medicine holds nearly $60 million in multi-year, National Institutes of Health (NIH) research grants for studies into the causes and treatments for diseases including muscular dystrophy, gastrointestinal disorders, HIV, fertility, cancer, infectious diseases, and battlefield injuries.

Student Enrichment

Lending support to the Student Outreach Clinic, student driven initiatives, and medical missions abroad provide unique learning experiences to our students. While initiatives that support our students physical, mental and emotional wellness, create healthier, high-quality, compassionate future physicians.
