The Support System
After the death of Scully's father, he describes his mother's support system; including his sisters working to support younger brothers. Scully tells how he met his future wife, Ceclia Geoghegan, when Scully volunteered to share his desk and chair in the third grade and eventually asked her out to the 1943 film The Song of Bernadette. Scully never dated another girl. They married in 1956.
