Memories as a Physician and Still Involved with the Medical School
Scully recounts some of his more unusual treatments as a regular physician, including a child with scurvy and child abuse. He also tells a story about attempting to take out a life insurance policy on Celia as a precaution to her death, as he found during a vacation that it was near impossible to raise his children and still work full-time. He also details some of his experiences while working a private practice in Las Vegas, as well as the riots in Newark which happened after Scully moved back to that area.
