Claim CME Credit
Thank you for attending a CME course brought to you by the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. To claim your CME credit, please select one of the options below.

What type of CME activity would you like to claim credit for?
Instructions to Claim Credit
- Click the link provided below.
- Sign in to the CME portal to activate your account.
- If you have not previously created an account in the portal, simply enter your email address in the box that appears and then select "Create Account."
- Click the "Activity Check-In" icon on the main portal page.
- Enter the Activity Code that was provided to you during the activity or in the post-activity email you received. The code is valid for 14-days after the activity.
- Credits for RSS activities will appear on your transcript.
- To view or download a copy of your transcript, select "My Portal" from the left-hand menu and then select the "Transcript" icon from the center menu.

- Click the link provided below.
- Sign in to the CME portal to activate your account.
- If you have not previously created an account in the portal, simply enter your email address in the box that appears and then select "Create Account."
- Click the "Evaluate an Activity" icon on the main portal page.
- Enter the Activity Code that was provided to you during the activity or in the post-activity email you received.
- Complete the evaluation (if applicable).
- Enter your hours and the type of credit you wish to claim.
- Your certificate will appear in the window. You may download or print your certificate.
