How do I sign up for an On-Demand video?

  1. Click the Registration button at the top of the page.
  2. Select ‘Sign In’ to Register and log in with your information. If you’re already logged in, just click Register.
  3. Complete the registration form and payment details, then click 'Submit'.
  4. You’ll be redirected to the Registration Confirmation page — click 'Begin Module'.
  5. Select your registered topic, then use the arrows to expand the modules.
  6. Click ‘Launch Content’ to start the video. Complete each module fully before proceeding to the next.
  7. After the final module, click 'Evaluation'.
  8. Complete and submit the evaluation.
  9. Click ‘Claim Credit’ to print or save your certificate.

Can I pause and or fast forward the video?

CME Tracker allows you to pause and return at any time without losing progress. Please see below for instructions.

  1. If you need to pause your session for a few minutes, click in the video window to pause then click again when you are ready to continue the session.
  2. If you need to pause your session and return at another time, click 'Close' in the top right corner. CME Tracker will automatically save your progress and allow you to resume from the same point when you return.
  3. To return to your session. Log in to CME Tracker then go to ‘My Portal’ and click ‘On-Demand Courses’. Select your registered topic, then use the arrows to expand the modules.
  4. Completed modules will be marked with a green checkmark. Continue to the next incomplete module. Expand module and click ‘Launch Content’ to continue your session.

How do I access my On-Demand videos? What if I exited out of the page?

To access/re-access your On-Demand videos, follow these instructions:

  1. Click here to go to the CME Portal
  2. Log in to CME Tracker then go to ‘My Portal’ and click ‘On-Demand Courses’. Select your registered topic, then use the arrows to expand the modules.
  3. Completed modules will be marked with a green checkmark. Continue to the next incomplete module. Expand module and click ‘Launch Content’ to continue your session.

How do I find my certificate(s) or transcript?

To find your certificate, follow these instructions:

  1. Click here to go to the CME Portal
  2. It will re-direct you to the CME Tracker site, click “Sign In”
  3. Login to your CME Tracker account and click “Continue”
  4. Click on “Past Certificates & Credits”.
  5. Scroll down to find the certificate you’re looking for then click “Print Certificate”
  6. You will be redirected to the certificate, click “Print Certificate” again to save or print

To find your transcript, follow these instructions:

  1. Click this link to go to the CME Portal
  2. It will re-direct you to the CME Tracker site, click “Sign In”
  3. Login to your CME Tracker account and click “Continue”
  4. Click on “Transcripts”
  5. Enter the date range of the credits you are looking for then click “Submit”
  6. The transcript will automatically download, please make sure you have pop-ups enabled

I printed my certificate and it’s blank.

If your certificate is blank, please make sure your Adobe reader is up to date.
To update your Adobe, follow these instructions:

  1. Launch Adobe Acrobat Reader or Acrobat
  2. Select Menu > Help > Check for updates on a Windows computer; if you are using a Mac, go to Help > Check for updates
  3. Follow the steps in the Updater window to download and install the latest updates

The system won’t let me register for a course.

The system won’t let you register for a course if you have already taken it in the past. Please select a different course.
