How do I sign up for an On-Demand video?

  1. On the On-Demand program of your choice, click on the “Register Now” button found in a gray box at the top of the page under the title
  2. You will be redirected, click on the course to register
  3. Pay for the course
  4. After payment, you will click begin the activity
  5. YouTube will be embedded into the website
  6. Watch the YouTube video
  7. After the video is completed, scroll to the bottom and click the "Claim Credit" button
  8. Enter the activity code that was provided to you in the email confirmation
  9. Claim credit and generate the certificate

How do I access my On-Demand videos? What if I exited out of the page?

To access/re-access your On-Demand videos, follow these instructions:

  1. Click here to go to the CME Portal
  2. It will re-direct you to the CME Tracker site, click “Sign In”
  3. Login to your CME Tracker account and click “Continue”
  4. Click “Registration History”
  5. Scroll down to the On-Demand you’re looking for then click “Confirmation of Registration”
  6. You will be redirected to a new page, click “Begin Activity” to begin watching your On-Demand video

How do I find my certificate(s) or transcript?

To find your certificate, follow these instructions:

  1. Click here to go to the CME Portal
  2. It will re-direct you to the CME Tracker site, click “Sign In”
  3. Login to your CME Tracker account and click “Continue”
  4. Click on “Past Certificates & Credits”.
  5. Scroll down to find the certificate you’re looking for then click “Print Certificate”
  6. You will be redirected to the certificate, click “Print Certificate” again to save or print

To find your transcript, follow these instructions:

  1. Click this link to go to the CME Portal
  2. It will re-direct you to the CME Tracker site, click “Sign In”
  3. Login to your CME Tracker account and click “Continue”
  4. Click on “Transcripts”
  5. Enter the date range of the credits you are looking for then click “Submit”
  6. The transcript will automatically download, please make sure you have pop-ups enabled

I printed my certificate and it’s blank.

If your certificate is blank, please make sure your Adobe reader is up to date.
To update your Adobe, follow these instructions:

  1. Launch Adobe Acrobat Reader or Acrobat
  2. Select Menu > Help > Check for updates on a Windows computer; if you are using a Mac, go to Help > Check for updates
  3. Follow the steps in the Updater window to download and install the latest updates

Can I pause and or fast forward the video?

You may not pause or fast forward the video. The video must be played from start to finish to access the evaluation page. If you leave the window in the middle of the video, you will have to restart from the beginning.

The system won’t let me register for a course.

The system won’t let you register for a course if you have already taken it in the past. Please select a different course.
