Specimen Identification	Label specimen with patient’s first and last name, DOB and date/time of collection.
Special Instructions	Sample must arrive at NSHL within 16 hours of collection if not incubated and within 3 days if incubated at client site. Shake tubes well (foaming) and incubate tubes at 37o C for 16-24 hours. Incubated tubes are stable for up to 3 days at room temperature.
Shipping Requirements	Store and ship at room temperature.
