Clinics and Centers
The University of Nevada, Reno's Claude I. Howard Speech and Hearing Center is housed in the Nell J. Redfield in the University School of Medicine. The mission of the Claude I. Howard Speech and Hearing Center is twofold: 1) To provide high quality speech-language pathology and audiology services to the Reno-Sparks and surrounding areas communities and 2) to train graduate student clinicians in speech-language pathology and audiology sufficient for entry into professional practice. Most services are provided by graduate student clinicians and are supervised by certified speech-language pathologists and audiologists.
The Claude I. Howard Speech and Hearing Center, which offers undergraduate and graduate student training, community services for speech, language, swallowing, and hearing assessments and therapy.
