Overview
The purpose of this activity is to improve the clinicians' ability to use appropriate tools to screen for trauma and therapeutic interventions.
Learning Objectives
Following participation in this course, participants should be able to:
- Explain the importance of referring appropriately (professionally, competently, culturally etc.)
- Recognize the different health care specialist's roles and how these specialists can assist in providing trauma care
- Use appropriate tools to screen for trauma and therapeutic interventions
