UNR Med Help Desk
Information Technology maintains a Computer Support Help Desk in the Savitt Medical Library. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm. Faculty, staff, and students can obtain assistance by contacting the Help Desk at (775) 682-5000 option 2 or by submitting a UNR Med IT help request.

Classroom & AV Support
University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine IT provides support for the Classrooms, conference rooms, and study rooms located in the Pennington Health Sciences Building. If you have a problem in PHS rooms 102, 103, 220-222, or any of the group study rooms, please call the Helpdesk at (775) 682-5000 option 2.
Computer Lab
Located in the Savitt Medical Library room 104D, the student computer lab is open during Library hours for all students.
