Overview

Timothy Baker, M.D. will provide practical insights and strategies for effectively managing multiple learners in a busy clinical environment while maintaining patient safety and efficiency. He will explore approaches to organizing and supervising learners across different training levels, including medical, PA, and NP students, with an emphasis on clear role definition and expectation setting to strengthen engagement, teamwork, and clinician confidence. Participants will be introduced to brief, structured teaching and feedback techniques that can be seamlessly integrated into clinical workflows without adding significant burden. He will also demonstrate how to deliver targeted, efficient feedback that supports learner development while preserving the pace and demands of real-world clinical practice.
