Find step-by-step guidance to register, watch, pause, resume, and claim credit for your CME On-Demand courses, plus tips for accessing certificates, transcripts, and resolving common technical issues.
Click the Registration button at the top of the page.
Select ‘Sign In’ to Register and log in with your information. If you’re already logged in, just click Register.
Complete the registration form and payment details, then click 'Submit'.
You’ll be redirected to the Registration Confirmation page — click 'Begin Module'.
Select your registered topic, then use the arrows to expand the modules.
Click ‘Launch Content’ to start the video. Complete each module fully before proceeding to the next.
After the final module, click 'Evaluation'.
Complete and submit the evaluation.
Click ‘Claim Credit’ to print or save your certificate.
CME Tracker allows you to pause and return at any time without losing progress. Please see below for instructions.
If you need to pause your session for a few minutes, click in the video window to pause then click again when you are ready to continue the session.
If you need to pause your session and return at another time, click 'Close' in the top right corner. CME Tracker will automatically save your progress and allow you to resume from the same point when you return.
To return to your session. Log in to CME Tracker then go to ‘My Portal’ and click ‘On-Demand Courses’. Select your registered topic, then use the arrows to expand the modules.
Completed modules will be marked with a green checkmark. Continue to the next incomplete module. Expand module and click ‘Launch Content’ to continue your session.
To access/re-access your On-Demand videos, follow these instructions:
Log in to CME Tracker then go to ‘My Portal’ and click ‘On-Demand Courses’. Select your registered topic, then use the arrows to expand the modules.
Completed modules will be marked with a green checkmark. Continue to the next incomplete module. Expand module and click ‘Launch Content’ to continue your session.
