- Demonstrate "I" statements instead of "You" statements to lower conflict, set boundaries, and reduce workplace stress
- Describe active listening that allows you to connect with patients effectively without draining your emotional energy
- Identify the early signs of compassion fatigue and apply practical tools to protect your well-being
