Kelee Meditation Workshop | November 6, 2026 | 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.
At last year's Autumn Update, Dr. Daniel Lee presented a talk about Preventing Provider Burnout with Kelee Meditation. This year, Dr. Lee is offering an optional special Kelee meditation workshop on Friday, November 6th from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., prior to the start of the conference on Saturday, November 7th. This will be a first-come, first served event for a maximum of 20 attendees, that will require a separate registration. The requirement for this special offering is that attendees had to have been present at last year's session as the intent is not to provide a repeat presentation about Kelee meditation. The format of this year's workshop will be much more experiential and interactive. Dr. Lee will provide a very brief tutorial on how to perform Kelee meditation, followed by direct experience with doing the 5-minute Kelee meditation. Dr. Lee will then open a discussion where participants get an opportunity to discuss their experience of the meditation and Dr. Lee will provide assistance, feedback, and suggestions as to how each person can begin to understand their experience and troubleshoot their mind.
