The Office of Statewide Initiatives works to strengthen health care access, workforce development and community partnerships across Nevada, with a focus on rural and frontier communities where distance and provider shortages can create significant barriers to care. Through clinical training, education programs, outreach and strategic collaboration, the office helps connect future health professionals with the communities that need them most while supporting long-term improvements in health access across the state.
