Instructions for receiving CME/CE credit:

1. Click on the registration button above
2. Click on the course to register
3. Pay for the course
4. After payment, you will click begin the activity
5. YouTube will be embedded into the website
6. Watch the YouTube video
7. Click to claim credit
8. Enter the activity code that was provided to you in the email confirmation
9. Claim credit and generate the certificate

Evaluation and Claim Credit

1. Once you begin the video, you must watch it in its entirety to claim credit. Fast-forwarding has been disabled. You may pause the video briefly if needed. Do not close the browser window as doing so will require you to start over.
2. Once you have reached the end of the video, a button to continue will appear that will take to evaluation and start the process for receiving a certificate.
3. Failure to complete the process will result in the credit not being awarded to you.
