Successful applicants must qualify for Board Certification in Family Medicine and licensure in the state of Nevada. Applicants must submit a letter of interest, medical school transcripts, copies of USMLE scores and three letters of recommendation to be considered for the fellowship. One of the letters of recommendation must be from the applicant's Residency Program Director.
