Dr. Monica Payne joined UNR as the internal medicine clerkship director in 2019. She also works as a full-time academic attending at the Reno VA, where she is honored to provide inpatient hospital care to veterans.
Dr. Payne attended Weill Cornell Medical College and completed Internal Medicine residency at Vanderbilt University. She is board certified in Internal Medicine.
