If you would like to submit a case for discussion at the next clinic, please complete a Sports Medicine Case Presentation Template and fax it to (775) 327-5112 by 12 noon on the day prior to the clinic.
Led under the direction of a sports medicine physician and a variety of guest speakers such orthopedic surgeons, rheumatologists, sports psychologist and physical therapists this clinic provides an opportunity to present and discuss patients with musculoskeletal injuries.
Sports Medicine clinic is led by Dr. Carol Scott, Former Director of the Sports Medicine Fellowship at the School of Medicine, Team Physician, and Current Assistant Director for the Student Health Center at the University of Nevada, Reno. Dr. Scott is Board Certified in Family Medicine, Sports Medicine and Adolescent Medicine and has worked with student athletes at Nevada since 1994. Dr. Scott grew up in Winnemucca and is always excited to bring her expertise in Sports Medicine to Project ECHO!
