Being held in partnership with the American Cancer Society and High Sierra Area Health Education Center (AHEC), this eight-part ECHO series will consist of 75-minute teleconference sessions focused on supporting Community Health Workers (CHWs) with HPV vaccination and prevention. Sessions will focus on addressing myths related to the HPV vaccine, reviewing guidelines for the age of administration, and techniques for communicating effectively with parents and clients. Our goal is to create a safe space for CHWs in Nevada to collaborate with each other and other subject matter experts to share challenges, successes, and best practices in implementing HPV vaccinations for their community.
