Content Submission

Thank you for submitting your news and updates to Marketing and Communications! We appreciate receiving numerous excellent submissions from departments across UNR Med and our community partners.

To ensure timely and effective communication, please send your news and updates at least two weeks in advance whenever possible, to ensure that we can include them on time.

Your submission will be prioritized based on various factors, such as timeliness, impact, relevance, and other considerations. If you have a preferred timeline for when you would like your submission to run, or any other relevant information regarding timing, please let us know. This will assist our editors in scheduling the publication of your submission. If your submission is not necessarily time-sensitive, we may include it in a future newsletter.

Once you submit your idea, we'll respond with any questions or clarifications we may have within the next ten business days. Your prompt review within the next 3 business days will help us incorporate any changes before publishing.

To ensure the effectiveness of our email newsletters and prevent them from bouncing or being flagged as spam, we may need to edit the content that you submit to meet industry best practices. Before publishing your content, Marketing and Communications will communicate with you to ensure that all details, facts, and other information are correct.
