Year 3 Electives Workshops
- Students learn about the process, policies and guidelines for selecting and scheduling Year 4 elective courses
Advising Workshops
- Students attend one or more of these workshops beginning in the winter to work with faculty advisors from their specialty area, along with career advisors to begin to finalize their schedules and specialty decisions
February
Advising Workshops (continued)
- Students attend one or more of these workshops beginning in the winter to work with faculty advisors from their specialty area, along with career advisors to begin to finalize their schedules and specialty decisions
- Advanced Clinical Experience in Rural Medicine February
- Students may begin applying for out-of-state electives through the Visiting Student Learning Opportunities (VSLO)
March
- Advanced Clinical Experience in Rural Medicine (Rural Rotation) assignments released to students March
- Students begin contacting clinical departments for elective course scheduling in March
- Students continue applying for Away electives through the Visiting Student Learning Opportunities (VSLO)
April
- ERAS Workshop
- Students continue scheduling Year 4 electives
- Students continue to apply for Away electives
