Academic Records

The Office of Student Affairs maintains selected academic records for all students and graduates of the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. These records are confidential and maintained in accordance with the appropriate laws and policies and procedures, detailed in the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine Student Handbook. Students and graduates can find more information about name changes, document and transcript requests, and residency.
