Teaching Philosophy

I believe that the purpose of post-secondary education is to foster a learning environment in which individual students, regardless of their background or culture, can acquire an advanced knowledge and skillset that allows them to prosper, translate knowledge, and positively contribute to society. Our roles are to facilitate this process by using every relevant resource available to create an interesting, engaging, and inclusive learning environment; thus inspiring curiosity and critical thinking in different types of learners, regardless of the complexity of the subject matter or discipline.
