Since formalizing a historic 50-year affiliation agreement in 2021 to establish Nevada's first and only integrated academic health system, UNR Med and Renown Health have strengthened healthcare across Northern Nevada by:

As UNR Med’s primary teaching hospital, Renown Health provides hands-on training for medical, physician assistant, speech pathology and audiology students, as well as residents and fellows, helping prepare Nevada’s future healthcare leaders.
