Summary
Leslie Baker is the Certified Geriatric Pharmacist at the Sanford Center Geriatric Specialty Clinic. She is also the Pharmacist in Charge at the University of Nevada, Reno Campus Pharmacy. In addition to her work at the specialty clinic, Leslie also provides Medication Therapy Management services through the community outreach program at the Sanford Center. Leslie has practiced in a variety of pharmacy settings to include hospital, retail, mail order, and as a consultant pharmacist for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
Leslie Baker completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from California State University, Sacramento. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health Professions in Omaha, Nebraska. She holds a certification in Geriatric Pharmacy Practice from the Commission for Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy.
