Summary

Timothy Baker, M.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine and Vice Dean at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine.

Dr. Baker is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a BS in biology and received his M.D. from the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine in 2004. He completed his residency training and Chief Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He joined the faculty of the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine in 2008.

As Vice Dean he oversees the M.D. Program, Graduate Medical Education, the Physician Assistant (PA) Studies Program and Continuing Medical Education (CME). Additionally, Dr. Baker serves the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine as a practicing Internal Medicine Primary Care physician where he treats complex disease and practices preventative medicine for adult patients.
