Rural Outreach Clinic

The Rural Outreach Clinics aims to provide full-service care to rural communities on a regular basis. Services offered at these free clinics include physical exams, blood draws for lab work, and a variety of immunizations. To ensure continuous care, we rotate the location every month to our three rural locations: Fallon, Silver Springs, and Yerington.

Rural clinics are offered at the following locations:

• Fallon: Renown Urgent Care, 560 Williams Ave, Fallon, NV 89409
• Yerington: South Lyon Medical Center Physicians Clinic, 213 S Whitacre St, Yerington, NV 89447
• Silver Springs: Lahontan Medical Center / Renown Silver Springs Clinic, 3595 US-50, Silver Springs, NV 89429
